Paid Time Off
We provide paid time off for several national holidays as well as grant personal days, provide accrued vacation and sick time, and offer paid jury duty and bereavement. Employees also get eight hours paid time off per year to volunteer at a school function or educational program of their choice.
For full-time employees, we cover 100% medical, vision, and dental coverage, plus generous contributions to dependent coverage. Employees can also take advantage of our Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) whether they enroll in our medical coverage or not.
We believe in the training and development of our employees. That’s why we provide professional learning opportunities to further their career with the credit union. After a year with us, team members who wish to pursue formal education opportunities are eligible for tuition reimbursement. And after three years of employment, their children may be considered for a college scholarship to help pay for tuition, fees, books, and room and board.
