To comply with state mandates to stop the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the following Inspirus branch locations will be limited to Video Teller transactions only. Members will continue to be able to talk to a teller (via video) and complete most banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, loan inquires, account openings, and more.

What is your routing number?

Inspirus Credit Union’s routing number is 325082266.

A Routing Number is also referred to as an ABA Number. Routing numbers identify Inspirus Credit Union specifically as your Financial Institution.

In the future, you may find Inspirus’ routing number on your checks in the lower left hand corner, on our website on this page as well as in the header menu under the Support tab, and on your monthly statements.

DID YOU KNOW: Routing numbers were invented in 1910 because the American Bankers Association (ABA) was afraid of similar-sounding banks getting mixed up, and suddenly a Bank of America check is being withdrawn from an unrelated, very surprised member at American Bank’s account.

Where can I find my member number?

You can find your member number:

  • At the top of your monthly statements/eStatements
  • At the bottom of your checks (it is the second set of numbers)
  • In Digital Banking by doing the following:
    • After logging in, select the Accounts widget
    • Choose a checking or savings account that is not a joint
    • Click the Account Details tab You should see an ACH Number listed there.
    • You should see an ACH Number listed there.
      • If you are viewing a checking account, your number will be preceded by 12000 and followed by a single digit number (so, if it says 120001234567, your account number is 123456).
      • If you are viewing a savings account, your number will be preceded by four zeros and followed by two zeroes (so, if it says 000012345600, your account number is 123456).
  • In the new membership packet you were given upon opening your account.

How do I reorder/credit cards and checks?

To reorder a debit card: If you have lost your card or your card has been stolen, please immediately call Member Services at 888-628-4010. You may also send us a message via Digital Banking’s Message Center.

To reorder a credit card: If you have lost your card or your card has been stolen, please immediately call Member Services at 800-449-7728. You may also send us a message via Digital Banking’s Message Center.

To reorder checks: Log in to Digital Banking, and click the Additional Services widget (NOTE: on desktop, this may be under the “More…” menu on the left hand side of the screen). From there, click the Reorder Checks tab. Choose which account you would like to order checks for. From there, follow instructions to order checks for that account.

How do I use Skip-a-Payment?

Skip-a-Payment lets you defer your monthly payment on eligible Inspirus Credit Union loans (eligible loans include vehicle loans and personal loans, excluding credit cards) without affecting your credit rating. We’ll simply add the payment to the end of your loan term, so a 60-month loan becomes a 61-month loan.

Be aware that loans must be opened for at least six months before you can skip a payment. Up to two payments per loan may be skipped in any 12 month period, and there must be at least 90 days between each skipped payment. There is a $20 fee for each Skip-a-Payment.

In addition to calling Member Services at 888-628-4010, you may also find out if you qualify by sending us a Secure Message via the Message Center in Digital Banking.

I'm traveling. What do I need to do?

For your protection, Inspirus flags unexpected foreign transactions on your debit and credit cards as fraudulent. In order to avoid this, you will need to notify us of the dates when you will be traveling, where you are going, and what accounts you will be using to pay while you’re there.

You may notify us by calling Member Services at 888-628-4010, or sending us a Secure Message via the Message Center widget in Digital Banking.

As an aside: if you have an Inspirus Visa Signature card, there are no foreign transaction fees, so you can enjoy more of your vacation without having to worry about any of those pesky fees to come home to. Bon voyage!

How do I change my name, address, and other personal info?

The way to change the information you have on file with Inspirus Credit Union depends on what you are trying to change:

  • Contact information: You may change your address or phone number by logging into Digital Banking, and clicking Settings from the dropdown menu in the upper right hand corner (note: click your name to activate it). Click the Contact tab to change your address.
  • Name: To update the name on your accounts, please complete and sign a new Member Services Request (PDF). You may send the completed form to us by:
    • Scanning a copy and sending it through Secure Messaging in Digital Banking.
    • Mail at: Inspirus Credit Union, PO Box 576, Seattle, WA, 98111
    • Fax at: 206-676-3631
Where can I download the mobile app?

You may also search for our app in the Apple Store or Google Play Store! Just search “Inspirus” and look for our logo.

Please note that Apple and Android are currently the only operating systems that are supported. If your mobile device does not use either of those operating systems, you may still access your online banking via your device’s web browser. Just type into the address bar.

How do I reset my Digital Banking login?

Click the “Forgot something?” link at the top of the screen under the login field. Click whether you need to reset your username or password, and follow instructions from there. You will need to know your username (only if you are resetting your password), member number, Social Security Number, and two of the following: your date of birth, your zip code, and the email address we have on file for you.

To save time in the future, if your phone has a fingerprint scanner, you can set up our mobile app to remember your password. To do that, on the password screen during login, click Enable Touch ID. You will be asked to set a PIN in case your fingerprint fails. Once you do that, you will be one touch away from accessing your accounts!

How do I send a wire transfer?

To send a wire transfer, print and complete the Outgoing Wire Request Form. Once it's complete, fax it to 206-676-1008. You man also call Member Services at 888-628-4010.

Wire requests must be submitted and verified by 12:00 p.m. for same-day processing.

How do I set up Direct Deposit?

You can have all or part of your paycheck automatically deposited into your Inspirus account. Getting that started depends on where you work:

School Employees: To have part of your paycheck deposited to your account, simply print our Payroll Deduction form (PDF), complete the top, sign it, and give the form to your payroll department. If you would like your entire paycheck deposited to your credit union account, ask your payroll office about Direct Deposit.

Non-School Employees: Please contact your payroll office to set up automatic deposits of either a portion of your paycheck via Payroll Deduction, or your entire paycheck via Direct Deposit.

Setting up direct deposit on your accounts doesn’t just help you plan for the future: it has benefits! Accounts need to have direct deposit set up to be considered ADDvantage accounts and receive a great rate on the first $500.

What will I need to know when filing taxes?

First of all: don’t panic. Tax time can be a lot to handle, but we are here to help. Here are some common questions:

Where can I find TurboTax: Log into Digital Banking on a desktop computer, and look under the Quick Links section of the Dashboard. NOTE: When we converted to our new digital banking platform, our relationship with TurboTax ended. We offer the Quick Link as a convenience to our members, not out of affiliation with Intuit.

Do I need to report interest earned: Yes. Interest is required income on your federal taxes if that interest is above $10. If all interest income is over $1,500, you will need to prepare a Schedule B.

Where can I find my 1098/1099/1099-INT Form: Log into Digital Banking, and click the Statements/Documents widget. From there, click the Notices tab. You may need to open this page in a new tab. You also will be receiving a copy at your mailing address.
