Frequently Asked Questions
If you are a new user, or joint account holder, who wants to set up their own login, you’ll follow these step-by-step instructions: How to Register. Please note that setting up a new login is best done on a desktop or tablet.
Primary account holders will see all of the accounts that fall under their member number. Joint account holders, if they choose to set up their own login, will only see their specific account information.

You can find your member number at the top of your account statements (or eStatements after a primary account holder has logged in for the first time and has signed up for eStatements). You were also provided with your member number in your new membership welcome packet.
All tax documents are available in the “Statements/Documents” widget. You’ll also access your eStatements there.

Use Bill Pay to create a one-time payment or recurring payments to easily pay bills.

PayDough is our real time payment service. It's free and no sign up is required. Use it to make person-to-person payments via an email address or phone number.
Settings let you to customize your profile and set up notification alerts via email or your smart phone. Follow these step-by-step instructions to learn how to connect your mobile device. Once completed, you'll be able to pick and choose alerts to notify you when you've exceeded a budget, a transfer goes through, every time you log in, and more!
eStatements allow you to view your account statements all in one convenient, secure place. No more paper clutter around the house and less worrying about identity theft.

The new budgeting tool within the Digital Banking Platform allows you to easily create multiple budgets with different accounts, set spending targets, and set up alerts for your budgets. Choose or create your own categories and assign them to your transactions. You can even split a transaction among several categories!
You can also connect to other financial tracking and budgeting software (including Quicken and Mint). Once you have created your new password or registered for the platform, you’ll use that password to connect and load your information. If you use outside tracking tools, please note that the login URL has changed: my.inspiruscu.org.

Joint and new user registration is temporarily unavailable on the mobile app and mobile site. It is best to register as a new user via your desktop.
Both Android and Apple device users will need to get the latest version of our mobile app.
If you are not prompted to download or update your Inspirus mobile app when launched, you can simply search for “Inspirus” in the app store.
Learn how to log in for the first time on the app. If you have already logged in on your desktop or mobile browser, you’ll skip the setup process and go right to your dashboard.
Open the mobile app, enter your username, click the enable Quick Login box, and then click the Continue button. You’ll need to read and agree to the Quick Login Terms by clicking on the I Agree slider and then clicking NEXT in the top right corner. You’ll be asked to set up a PIN. Once you’ve enabled Quick Login, you can either use the PIN or the fingerprint stored on your device to securely log in.
If you're logging in on a desktop, you may need to adjust your browser settings to allow pop-ups and 3rd Party Cookies. To learn how to make changes to your specific browser, follow these step-by-step instructions.
If you’re using the mobile app on an iOS device, like an iPhone or iPad, it does not currently have the STATEMENTS/DOCUMENTS widget available. However, you may still gain access on your device. To do this, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “View Full Site” (please note, you may be asked to log in again). Once you are on the dashboard, click the STATEMENTS/DOCUMENTS widget. From there, click the Statements tab, then click the link which reads “Click here to open in a new window.”
Bill Pay is linked to a specific username. Transaction history is only available to the individual member who generated the payment.
Log into our Digital Banking Platform, and navigate to Settings by hovering over your name in the top-right corner. Click the Contact tab, and ensure the number listed under Mobile is correct. Your mobile number needs to be set up to receive SMS text messages. The box "I would like to receive SMS text messages to this number" should be checked. Underneath this, you should see "Status: Confirmed." If this is not the case, please follow the instructions on how to set that up here.
Check the box next to Enable Text Banking, and then click Save Changes. Finally, text "HELP" to 51842 to see a list of possible commands.
