Our accounts have two different numbers, a Member number and an ACH number. Member numbers are the short four to six digit long numbers for your membership and is primarily used when corresponding with Inspirus Credit Union or at a Shared Branch. This is found on your statements and eStatements at the top of each page.
The ACH number is used on checks and for electronic transactions like direct deposit from your employer or giving to your mortgage company to withdraw from your account automatically. To locate this number:
Checking accounts are 14 digits long, Savings are 6 to 8 digits long depending on your Member number. Your checks also show the checking account number at the bottom after the routing number.

Due to lack of demand and the difficulty to use Traveler’s Checks around the globe, we do not offer Traveler’s Checks to purchase. Please contact us at 1-888-628-4010 to discuss alternatives and/or address any other credit union questions related to your travel plans.

In order to change your name on your accounts we require a copy of your old and new Driver’s License showing your previous name and new legal name.
You can scan the needed documentation and attach it to a message in the Message Center. After logging into your digital banking account, the Message Center can be found under your name in the upper right corner of the screen.

For the secured email option, you can scan the completed form and attach it to a message in the Message Center. After logging into your digital banking account, the Message Center can be found under your name in the upper right corner of the screen.
We serve all of Washington with only three branches because we are able to provide almost every service by phone, email, Online & Mobile Banking, Telephone Banking, fax or regular mail. This helps us keep our costs down, our fees low, loan interest rates down, and dividend rates up!

Inspirus Credit Union is part of the Co-op ATM Network which allows you to access your account at many other credit union ATMs free of charge as well as the terminals located in many 7-11 stores. To find a terminal near you, please use the ATM Locator available on our website.
In addition to the vast Co-op ATM Network, we also offer a great Mobile Deposit service which is available through our Mobile Banking applications. With an iPhone® or Android™ smartphone, this service allows you to take a picture of a check you have for deposit and post it directly to your account.
And we still have free bank-by-mail services, offering postage paid envelopes to our members for mailing in deposits or payments.
