To report a lost or stolen Visa Debit or ATM Card, immediately call:
Visa requires that you first attempt to resolve the matter directly with the merchant. If your efforts are unsuccessful, we'll do our best to help obtain a refund for the disputed transaction. Complete this form to dispute a non-fraud transaction on your debit card.
To select or change your PIN for a debit or ATM card, please call the following number: 1-800-757-9848. You will need to have your card information with you.

Typically, after ordering your Visa Debit Card it will arrive within 5-7 business days.
Your card will be good through the entire month. Typically, your new card will arrive 2-3 weeks before the end of the month. It is mailed to the address we have on file.
